Top Maxim Drivers’ Tips: How to Get Priority and High Rating

by Kenny Yeoh

Maxim E-hailing’s app allows passengers to see the driver’s rating when they make their orders.

It is monitored daily by the system and Maxim’s user support. For evaluation, several factors are taken into account, like the total number of completed orders, feedback from passengers, rules of the management, and the time of accepting orders.

A driver’s good reputation can greatly impact the orders they get, their income and priority; due to this, all of the partner-drivers aim to achieve a high rating. The benefit of a high rating is that drivers get priority during order distribution, a good reputation with customers as they can see the rating when making orders, and build trust and credibility.

Specialists from Maxim E-hailing conducted exclusive interviews with the top five drivers with the highest rating throughout the country. The aim of the interviews is to spread positive awareness and share beneficial information that may help other drivers achieve a high rating, and to explain clients how the rating system works.

Abdul Kadir, a full-time driver from Labuan, says, “Daily targets help me a lot, as I prioritize the number of orders and monitor them occasionally. Achieving targets is the key to being a top driver, as the more orders I fulfil, the more trust I get from passengers.”

Radiman Talip, a driver with two years of experience from Labuan, says, “Cleanliness is my middle name; I clean my car every day and wash it every week. I believe that having a clean and fragrant car can give positive vibes to passengers.”

Ramzul Hakim, a driver with one year of experience from Kuching, says, “Smile, be happy and enjoy every trip. I know that when I share joy and positivity, it has a good impact on others as well. Passengers need us to help them travel and move around, but some of them also need someone to talk to. I become a good listener, and treat them like my friends.”

Abdul Adzim, a legendary driver with four years of experience in the industry from Kuching, says, “I’m a very organized person, with a busy daily schedule. I have my route schedule with good timings; for example, I go to the office area around 8:00 AM–10:00 AM and 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, which are the times workers come to work and leave.”

Abdul Rafif, a young driver from Kuala Lumpur, says, “Learning and mastering the Taxsee Driver app is my strong suit. Three years of experience gave me the benefit of mastering the app. As of now, I can choose what orders to take, choose the destination, manage my working hours, and earn money using the app. It helps me a lot with the number of orders and income.”

A high rating of e-hailing drivers helps increase the number of orders. This is because most of the passengers prefer drivers with a high rating. It also proves that passengers trust drivers with the highest rating and are willing to wait to get them assigned to their orders.

“The Maxim management appreciates the hard work of our partner-drivers, as we try our best to share more benefits with them. Not only that, but we also conduct several programs with top drivers, like charity events, sports days, tea sessions, family days, and many more,” says Mohd Hazwan Musley, director of Maxim Malaysia.

The interviews show that everyone can achieve a high rating. Maxim E-hailing hopes that by sharing these interviews it will encourage drivers to get a high rating.
