- Mercedes-Benz Malaysia hosted its annual Dealer of the Year awards for the fifth year to celebrate the most successful dealerships and recognize their unwavering commitments in delivering the Best Customer Experience last year.
- Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru emerged as Dealer of the Year 2021 as the Autohaus excelled across all categories in sales, customer services, and financial services nationwide.
Pushing the boundaries in automotive excellence and innovation with an acute focus on customer-centricity is the heart of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s brand philosophy. The three-point star automaker celebrated its dealer network through the ‘Dealer of The Year’ awards to commemorate the customer centricity success amongst dealers for their operational excellence and unwavering commitment in delivering the Best Customer Experience in 2021.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia presented a total of seven awards – Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Customer Services, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rated, Most Improved Dealer, and the most coveted award – The Dealer of the Year 2021.
Hap Seng Star Kinrara were the category winner for Best in Financial Services, while the Best in Business Excellence was taken home by Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie. Meanwhile, BR Jaya won the category for Best in Customer Services while the winner for Best in Sales was awarded to Asbenz Motors. The 5-star rated Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), was bagged by Hap Seng Star Melaka, and the Most Improved Dealer went to Hap Seng Star Kuala Lumpur.
The highlight of the evening was the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2021 award, which was presented to Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru as the dealership excelled in all angles of the business to achieve the highest overall score.
