Mercedes-Benz Malaysia celebrates retail excellence at annual Retail Partner of the Year 2024 awards.

Kuala Lumpur. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia proudly celebrated the unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence in customer service and operational performance of its nationwide retail network at the annual Retail Partner of the Year 2024 awards. Leading the accolades, NZ Wheels Johor Bahru emerged as a stand out performer, taking home the Retail Partner of the Year title.

This year’s awards featured six distinct categories, each spotlighting exemplary accomplishments in key areas of operations. These included Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5-Star Rater, and the highly sought-after Retail Partner of the Year title.

NZ Wheels Johor Bahru led the way, by not only securing the top honour but also clinching Best in Customer Services and Best in Sales, underscoring their commitment to delivering excellence at every customer touchpoint.

Other recipients were equally commendable.

  • NZ Wheels Bangsar received the Best in Financial Services award for its strong delivery of tailored financial solutions.
  • Cycle & Carriage Bintang Johor Bahru was recognised for its strategic leadership with the Business Excellence award, while
  • Hap Seng Star Kinrara took home the Best in CSI (5-Star Rater) award, reinforcing the brand’s dedication to superior customer satisfaction.
