A new feature has been launched in Maxim E-hailing application for its users, a new button “Heading Out”. It will appear once the booking has been created in the App. The button was created to smooth the process of communication between our users and our Partner-drivers.
During a booking is created, usually our Partner-drivers are required to wait for passengers at the pin location for a few minutes, and there are users who does not reply to the Partner-drivers message and reach to the car later after the waiting period. By having this new button passengers can push it and notify the driver if they’re on the way to the pin location.
Users just need to push the button if they’re ready and the driver will be notified automatically, it’s an easier two-way communication between the passenger and our Partner-drivers without any chat or messaging. Maxim E-hailing hopes that with this new feature it will certainly benefit our users and simultaneously will keep the Partner-drivers updated with the status of the users.
Recently, after the feature was launched an internal survey was conducted by us which showed approximately 10% of the completed order used it, and indeed it is is a positive feedback when users starts to use the new button frequently. The number of users that like to use this button also keep increasing day by day, and from this we can determine that users are preferring to applied the new button.
