Mercedes-Benz Malaysia celebrates automotive excellence with Dealer of the Year 2020 awards

As part of its efforts to drive greater focus on customer centricity, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia announced the winners of the Dealer of The Year 2020 awards. The prestigious award ceremony held annually acknowledges exceptional dealers for their operational excellence in delivering the Best Customer Experience.

Dr Claus Weidner, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia said, “Time and again, our dealer partners have consistently demonstrated their commitment to deliver a true luxury experience. They quickly adapted to provide innovative solutions while remaining connected with our customers, despite the challenges of an ever-changing automotive landscape.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia presented a total of seven awards – Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Most Improved Dealer, and the most coveted award – The Dealer of the Year 2020.

The highlight of the evening was the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2020 award, which was presented to Cycle & Carriage Bintang Glenmarie as the dealership excelled across all the touchpoints of the business to achieve the highest overall score.

Hap Seng Star, Kinrara were the category winner for Best in Financial Services, and the Best in Business Excellence was taken home by Cycle & Carriage Bintang, Mutiara Damansara. Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) Bukit Tengah won the category for Best in Customer Services while the winners for Best in Sales was awarded to Asbenz Stern, Kuantan. The Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) (5 Star Rater), was bagged by Hap Seng Star, Bukit Tinggi, and the Most Improved Dealer was won by Hap Seng Star, Setia Alam.
