The recent Rolls-Royce Motor Cars annual dealership awards for 2015 saw Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Kuala Lumpur win the much coveted award.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Kuala Lumpur edged out 23 competing dealerships from across the Asia Pacific region by excelling in overall service delivery and management of its parts inventory, customer tracking and marketing.
Asia Pacific Regional Director Paul Harris commended their consistent performance and team work. “At Rolls-Royce, our objective is to ensure the delivery of an effortless ownership experience for our customers. Quill Motorcars Sdn Bhd has won several awards during its tenure for both its sales and service operations. It was appointed in 2010 as the authorized Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer in Kuala Lumpur, officially launching its Petaling Jaya- based showroom in May of that year.
Based at Quill 9, the business has grown quickly to become one of the leading Rolls-Royce dealerships in South East Asia. The dealership sells the full range of iconic Phantom Series II, Ghost, and Wraith cars. Dawn is due to be launched in Q3 of this year.
All Rolls-Royce cars sold by Quill Motorcars Sdn Bhd come with a four-year service inclusive warranty, and 24-hour roadside assistance.
With a team of Rolls-Royce trained technicians fully qualified to service and maintain the brand’s pinnacle motor cars, as well as state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostics, the dealership is able to service all models in the Rolls-Royce range. Technicians will have live access to all the latest service data straight from the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, south of England. They also have a 24-hour direct line with the Aftersales team based in the Asia Pacific regional office in Singapore, which, in extreme cases, will provide a ‘Flying Doctor’ service on demand.
The team, headed by Dato’ Michael Ong, comprises Daniel Tan as General Manager, Rashdan Yaacob as Sales Manager and Arunasalam Suppan as Operations Manager, Aftersales.
