KUALA LUMPUR, 15 July 2016 — Chevron Malaysia Limited, which markets Caltex Lubricants, Havoline® and Delo® successfully concluded its very first partnership with X-Men: Apocalypse– the ‘Release the Power of X’ promotion.
To mark the end of this exciting promotion, Mr. Chung Guang Yao from Klang was rewarded a stunning 150 cc FZ150I Yamaha motorbike as the grand prize.

Chung’s entry into the lucky draw contest began with the purchase of a bottle of Havoline® engine oil for his family’s car. He said that his family has been purchasing Caltex fuel for the past two years due to its quality and good cleaning properties.
A student at SMK Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Chung also hopes to obtain a valid motorcycle license soon so he will be able to ride his new Yamaha superbike.
“I was initially drawn to the X-Men merchandises given out during the lucky draw period. Winning the grand prize was unexpected. I feel very fortunate and lucky as this is also my first time winning a Caltex lucky draw,” said Chung.
During the lucky draw period, participants were required to purchase selected Havoline® and Delo® engine oil at any Caltex service station or Caltex Lubricants workshops. Each promotion gift box came with a free X-Men: Apocalypse T-shirt and lucky draw chances to win exclusive X-Men: Apocalypse premiums including X-Men Magneto helmets, X-Men wash bags, X-Men hoodies and movie tickets.
‘Release the Power of X’ promotion kicked off on 1 April, 2016 over a period of 9 weeks before ending on 12 June, 2016. Throughout the promotion period, Chevron Malaysia rewarded more than 80 lucky customers with exciting contests and giveaways, featuring X-Men premiums and lucky draw opportunities with the purchase of selected Havoline® and Delo® products.
